We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges
Please fill out and email our returns form to matandcarriage@outlook.com to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to M&C are at the customers cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is recommended to use registered post when posting your return back to us, as we cannot cover any losses for items we have not received back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty items
If you feel your item is faulty, please do not wear it, simply notify us straight away at matandcarriage@outlook.com and we will amend the situation as soon as possible.
Please email us photos of the faulty products. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and can issue an exchange or refund if applicable.
